What is the Time Commitment?

Two five-hour days each with a 30 minute break at the halfway mark plus a 90 minute integration seminar (1 month after course). Optional one time group consultation (3 months post-course). 

What are the dates for the course?

Day 1: June 23rd 10 AM - 4 PM

Day 2: June 24th 10 AM - 4 PM

Integration Seminar: August 25th 10 AM - 11:30 AM

What is the Course Format?

The course will be hosted online. It is limited to a small interactive group format, incorporating lecture, individual and group reflection. 

Day One: 

• What is trauma as it pertains to immigrants and the immigrant experience? 

• What is radically trauma-Informed? 

• What are immigration evaluations and their role?

• The life-cycle of an evaluation

• Introduction to the clinical interview as it pertains to immigration assessments

Are CEUS included?

Yes! Washington State Society of Clinical Social Work will offer 11.5 CEUS (Includes 2 Ethics CEUS) for licensed clinicians at no additional cost to you. 

*Note that you must attend the full training (two days and integration seminar plus complete the course evaluation). No partial credit will be given.

The Certificate of Completion and CEUs will be sent to you post-course.

What is the Refund Policy:

Note that due to the nature of this programming, all sales are final and there will be no-refunds. If a time conflict or emergency arises, your payment will not be refunded but you will have the option of signing up for the next scheduled course date (TBD).
